Aw I love that she really did love the cat!! That last line is the best. Excellent job with this. Aw I miss having a cat. Even when they’re naughty they’re so filled wjth love and warmth. And purring!! I miss purring. (We’ve been without our cat since we lost him in Feb of this year to cancer. It’s the longest I’ve ever been cat-less in my entire life. Maybe I’ll be ready again someday. Maybe sooner than later!)
